Third-Party Integrations and Social Media Platforms

The SocialFlow Platform integrates with several third-party services through their official APIs, enabling Users to centralize the management of their social media accounts. Each integration requires the User's explicit consent through the standard OAuth protocol, and can be revoked at any time from the settings of the third-party service concerned.

TikTok Integration

The TikTok integration allows the User to connect their TikTok Business account to the SocialFlow Platform. The requested permissions are as follows:

The User can revoke this access at any time from their TikTok settings (Settings > Privacy > Apps and Permissions).

Meta Integration (Facebook and Instagram)

The Meta integration allows the User to connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to the SocialFlow Platform. The requested permissions concern reading Page information, reading published content, reading engagement statistics, and publishing content through Meta's official Graph API and Instagram Graph API.

The User can revoke this access at any time from their Meta account settings (Settings and Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites).

LinkedIn Integration

The LinkedIn integration allows the User to connect their LinkedIn Company Page to the SocialFlow Platform via the Community Management API. The requested permissions concern reading organization information, reading posts and their statistics, and publishing organic content on behalf of the Company Page.

The User can revoke this access at any time from their LinkedIn settings (Preferences and Privacy > Data Visibility > Third-Party Services).

Pinterest Integration

The Pinterest integration allows the User to connect their Pinterest Business account to the SocialFlow Platform via the Pinterest API v5. The requested permissions concern reading the profile and statistics, reading and managing boards and pins, and managing Pinterest Ads campaigns for advertising Users.

The User can revoke this access at any time from their Pinterest settings (Settings > Security > Apps).

Responsibilities Regarding Integrations

The Publisher commits to using third-party APIs only for the purposes described above and to comply with the terms of use of the relevant platforms (TikTok For Developers Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, Pinterest Developer Terms). The User remains solely responsible for the content they publish through the Platform, and guarantees that they have the necessary rights to such content.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any interruption, modification, or cessation of third-party services, nor for the consequences of a suspension or deletion of a third-party account by the operator of such service.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute in relation to the use of the website socialflow.graphik-impact.com is subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after the failure of an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is conferred to the competent courts of Charleville-Mézières, subject to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code allowing consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
